    Another fabulous job of documenting our JASNA tour. I love the various ways artists have depicted Louisa Musgrove’s tumble. Great also to draw some attention to Mary Anning.

    1. Hello Bob – thank you for visiting and commenting! There are many more illustrations of Louisa’s “tumble” – nearly every book illustrator took it on, whether they had ever seen the actual steps or not! And the Mary Anning story is fascinating – really think they did an excellent job with the statue.
      I am trying to finish these posts but keep getting interrupted – it all feels like light-years away already. Look forward to seeing you both at the AGM where we can reminisce. A great trip!
